Pediatric Traumatic Brain Injury

An 18-month-old presents to the ED at a community hospital with a head injury following an unwitnessed fall from significant height with initial loss of consciousness. Presents irritable but stable, and subsequently develops signs of increasing ICP progressing to herniation (secondary to an epidural hematoma).
