Anaphylaxis w Possible Laryngospasm

7 y/o girl presents with anaphylaxis. She will develop worsened hypotension and increase angioedema, requiring intubation. If no intubation is delayed or done without paralytic, patient will experience laryngospasm

Great to do peds cases. More regular or better way to see vitals would be good.

Realistic and advanced scenario. Reinforced the importance of knowing how to access the essential resources such as airway supplies, and dosing information for things like IV epi infusions. Also great to be able to practice closed loop communication and see when it’s not performed.
