WPW Wide Complex Tachycardia

Brief Description of Case:

A 37F with wide complex tachycardia (wolfe-parkinson-white) presents, initially stable, and after unsuccessful treatments, decompensates to unstable atrial fibrillation, and requires synchronized cardioversion.
